Mark Vincent Lee was born in the North East of England. He is currently holding an Ocean Yachtmaster 200 ton license (valid Worldwide), a Certification in Watercraft Mechanics, Certificate of Proficiency in Medical First Aid, Advanced Sea Survival techniques, Proficiency in Persons in Charge of Medical Care onboard Ship as well as being an experienced diver. Former captain of the FREED EM.

Early in life he sat his coastal skipper license and from that moment on, he focused and directed his life to become a top Sport Fisher Captain and master the trade. He has a long experience within the boating industry, Big Game Fishing and has worked all oceans where billfish are found, on private boats, private island fishing resorts as well as participating in big game tournaments. Dominican Republic, Tortola, St. Thomas, The Cayman Islands, Turks and Caicos Islands, Costa Rica, Mexico, Belize, Florida, Canada, Alaska, The Seychelles Islands, The Great Barrier Reef, England, The Mediterranean,The Canaries, Portugal Algarve and, of course, Madeira amongst other destinations.
